Circle Rules Football
A little apertif before I continue with the grassroots thing: I'm a member of the Circle Rules Federation, and have been a strong proponent of the sport. I play every Sunday in Prospect Park (come out and play! it's at 2PM each week, and we teach people who don't play). Circle Rules Football is a sport that was created as a theater project. The Huffington Post put out a column about us, and I highly suggest it. It's the first article that has really grasped for me why the sport was created as a theater event. This is on the heels of the Good Morning America Weekend segment, and the NYTimes article.
